David Brown is General Counsel at Primark. David is a partner and co-founder of BISLaw. He began his legal career in corporate finance focusing on mergers and acquisitions at Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersol. He also spent time at Brownstein Hyatt Farber and Schreck and was general counsel at WildBlue Communications. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University and a JD from Fordham University. David Lucier is a partner at Primark. Prior to Primark, David was most recently Head of National Accounts at Janus Henderson. After working at Janus Henderson for 20 years, he also held other management positions in sales. Prior to Janus Henderson, he held positions at Berger Financial, Charles Schwab and Morgan Stanley. He holds a bachelor`s degree in political science from the University of Massachusetts.
Adam Goldman is Managing Director of Primark. Prior to Primark, Adam was co-founder and managing partner of Red Rocks Capital, a $1.9 billion private equity fund he managed from 2006 until its sale in 2017. Previously, he was Managing Director and Managing Partner of Centennial Ventures, managing $1 billion in private equity investments. He has also worked for Booz Allen and Hamilton and was a portfolio manager for the Pritzker Family Office. Adam was the youngest member and holder of a seat on the Chicago Board of Trade. He holds a bachelor`s degree in economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Northwestern`s Kellogg School of Management. Mark Sunderhuse is Chief Executive of Primark. Prior to Primark, Mark was co-founder and managing partner of Red Rocks Capital, a $1.9 billion private equity fund he managed from 2006 until its sale in 2017.
Previously, he was a portfolio manager for Berger Funds, Janus Capital Group, Crestone Capital and Wells Fargo (Norwest) and managed several small-cap growth funds, each with over $1 billion. He acquired several investment platforms for the Berger/Janus organization, including Bay Isle and Perkins, Wolfe, McDonell and Company. Appointed by the Governor as a member of the Colorado Fire and Police Pension Board. Guest lecturer at the University of Colorado.
