With the generous support of the legal community, funders, foundations, and other donors, Legal Aid at Work offers four main services: The Fair Work Legal Clinic is a free civil legal aid clinic operated in partnership with Seattle University and the University of Washington Law School. The Fair Work Center`s legal clinic focuses on low-wage industries where workers` rights are routinely violated. We educate, advise and represent employees in employment law matters.

Our current target industries are: For employees who need to meet in the evening after work, we offer monthly community clinics either at the Fair Work Center Legal Clinic office (map) or at Seattle University School of Law (map). At these clinics, you will receive personal legal advice and a conversation about your options. The clinics are staffed by law students enrolled in the University of Seattle/University of Washington Workers` Rights Clinic and local volunteer lawyers. Our clinics are offered in partnership with the King County Bar Association`s neighbourhood legal clinics.
