NCLC can help survivors of domestic violence obtain domestic violence intervention orders and provides free legal advice and advocacy regarding divorce, visa abuse, child contact orders, victim compensation, rental rights, and domestic violence-related fines or debts. The Northern Community Legal Centre (NCLC) provides free and confidential legal advice in proximity locations in areas served by Moreland and Hume Local Government Areas, but during COVID, appointments are made by phone to ensure COVID safety.
