@Sara KurzIn fragment of the published script turned out to be Rollins` apartament.@Petra S,” she even reached out a little as he sat down and then moved a little “Maybe it will only look like that to me, but while she was reaching out, Amoro was completely unaware of it. Because of the whole scene, the whole scene seemed forced, or at least Amoro didn`t seem to care if Rollins was there. It seemed totally weird to me. I`m a little interested in when they started sleeping together. To me, it seems like they started around “Jersey Breakdown”/”Amoro One Eighty” (I doubt it was as early as “Rapist Anonymous”, because if that were true, Amanda would be a first-class hypocrite because she broke up with Nate for the same thing she would have done with Amoro). Also, since Amoro is trying to reconnect with his wife, it probably means that this relationship is purely sexual. However, hopefully they`ll stop this as soon as possible — and given Warren`s tweet (twitter.com/warrenleightTV/status/444320911567880192 – I don`t see it going that way, but the characters will surprise you), there`s a good chance it will happen. Of course, I don`t know Danny Pino personally, but because of his public persona, he seems like a nice guy. The same goes for Kelli. But I can`t meet any of these people on CSR, both separately AND together. Danny looks cold and one-dimensional to SVU and Rollins as a stupid blonde. I also don`t see any chemistry with this line-up like with CSR before Meloni left. Since Stabler, Munch, Cragen are gone and Huang and Warner only appear occasionally, it`s as if the soul has disappeared from the series.
With the exception of her William Lewis story arc, Marica`s performance was made of wood. I`m glad the series is being renewed, but I was hoping for a casting change with Pino, Giddish or Ice-T. Now that I think about it, maybe if they get rid of Fin (Ice-T is a terrible actor) and replace him with someone who has some screen presence, it could start a fire with the rest of the cast. Raul has what it takes, but they use it sparingly. Donal would be wonderful, but I think Gotham will be a big hit. I liked this episode because I love Bradley Whitford, but other than that, yes, it was predictable. It was good to have a “normal” CSR case and not the Benson drama. I`m not interested in the Amaro/Rollins “thing”. To have said it is an understatement! @Cath – Unfortunately, anything not about Benson is somehow frowned upon in this fandom. My ship may have sunk, but I`m still curious to see where it will lead. I didn`t think they didn`t look natural on the couch (but as you say, everything is perception), she even reached out a little as he sat down, and then moved a little into a more comfortable position next to him.
I thought they had done it very subtly and in the right amount at this early stage. Our views assume that Danny has chemistry with everything. Maybe with a ham sandwich, but as for the opposite sex, I`ve never seen him play well in anything, I can`t say I`ve seen him in much more than Cold Case, but he had no chemistry with F-ing Charlize Theron (!) But again, I`m curious to see if he can do it. And Pino seems to be such a sweet and warm man off screen. I have no doubt about Giddish, she had an incredible chemistry with both men and women. I don`t think I`ll ever get aboard the Rollaro ship (but I flew for Luby in Carby`s emergency room, so who knows?!), but I`m going to go out in my life jacket where I`m currently trying to save parts of my Finanda ship;) Summers-Maddox Farmhouse 51 Indian Hill Road Pound Ridge, New York Monday, April 14 I thought Murphy would use himself as an example too, and it seemed strange that he didn`t – although, as you say, the whole scene seemed a bit unbalanced. It almost seems like there must be a moment when Murphy upsets someone in CSR in every episode. And really not sure about the Amaro and Rollins case. Seems very unnatural, despite the strange “you should have a room” comments in other episodes.
I enjoyed that, but the interaction in CSR leaves a lot to be desired. I just want to add that the fact that they didn`t look “natural” on the couch doesn`t bother me, at least as far as Amaro is concerned. He is Catholic, technically still married, and probably feels guilty. In addition, they are colleagues, so clumsiness is not necessarily uncommon. Jax and the team focus on jury selection; When Jax`s father arrives in town, Jax turns to Lewis for help, but finds relief from a new friend. I missed some of the last few episodes (that story arc with Benson`s kidnapper kept me off the show for a while). Is Murphy now an integral part of the series? I like it. It reminds me a bit of Stabler`s temporary partner when Benson was gone, experienced, but not quite adept at this kind of crime. “Amaro and Rollins”, take it or leave it. L&O is about the case, not the detectives.
I don`t mind the weird subplot with them, but don`t focus on that. Or at least do it well. I liked the one between Rollins and his sister. Interestingly, Amaro/Rollins have garnered so much attention. Perception is a funny thing. I had thought for a while that there was a spark between them. Chemistry may be too strong a word, but it`s something. Still, I think Danny Pino would have chemistry with a ham sandwich, so I`m not objective. I`m not sure why only Olivia is allowed to have a love/sex life and when someone else does, it causes waves in the force. I think Rollaro are two people who hit rock bottom and turn to each other for some kind of comfort, and it`s probably more about sex than romance or love. In this respect, it seems quite plausible to me.
It also gave us another look at Danny Pino shirtless and it can`t be bad. I have no problem with that and I`m curious to see how it will evolve. I would like to know when and how it started, but it may not be addressed. I was never convinced by Bensidy, but I accepted it and respected the fact that others liked the relationship. Different moves for different people, as the saying goes. The percentage of approved Tomatometer reviews that gave the film a positive review Benson and Murphy question famed television producer Frank Maddox when he is accused of abusing his 8-year-old daughter, Chelsea. Maddox`s ex-wife, actress Catherine Summers, wants justice for her daughter but refuses to cooperate, leading police to suspect the accusation was a ploy to curry favor with the public. With Catherine`s younger sister, Rose, engaged to Maddox and the accusations that come and go in the media, Benson tries to help a child by discovering the truth. I understand that some people don`t see chemistry between Amara and Rollins because it`s subjective, but I don`t understand how people said it was out of the blue when they gave us hints here and there throughout the season and especially during the big episodes of Amaro and Rollins. Violist Anonymous had the first glaring clue. All these clues also implied that not everything they have is exclusive. About what Murphy said, I think it was in order to make people believe that he was asking about Amaro and to show that he had done his research.
Amanda had a relationship with the captain of Atlanta. Honestly, physically and physically, Frank Maddox is more like Quentin Tarantino. @Vim – We will inevitably see things differently and that`s okay. Sometimes I want to see things that aren`t there – hence my ship Finanda ;)But I still see that couch scene as if they`ve been having sex for a while. I mean, Pino isn`t the man of my dreams, but if he stood in my living room wearing a towel, I`d be watching him for sure, the only reason I wouldn`t be if I had him often enough not to have to look at him, or if I knew I could take a closer look later in the bedroom. Too good German. The fact that they seemed very casual to me only means that they do, and often. @Lisa – I`m with you on the casual sex piece. I think the heat in their arguments turned into a different kind of heat. The question is whether they will evolve into something more, or whether they will be able to stick to partners with advantages. Agree that this communion is much warmer than Bensidy tho and that these two do not seem to me like a pair of banana carriers *lol* Anyway, the authors take this coupling, although I hope it will not overshadow the cases.
I like a good mix of about 75% cases / 25% character development The relationship between Jax and Damon takes to another level; Jax focuses on the beginning of Brayden`s trial, as she feels that Brayden is hiding important information.
