Laura Hodges is a Managing Director of the Insurance Solutions Group at Apollo, where she co-oversees the non-investment business functions of Apollo Insurance Solutions Group (AISG) and is responsible for human capital, finance, legal services and information technology. Prior to joining ISGF, Laura was the West Coast Director of Human Resources at Conde Nast Publications. Previously, she was Director of Operations for Miller Publishing Group, where she was a member of the key management team involved in the company`s strategic planning and operations, from the start-up phase to multiple acquisitions. Daniel is a board member of Cornell University and president and founder of the Cornell Network of In-House Lawyers. Daniel was previously Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Cornell Law School Alumni Association. Daniel graduated from Cornell University`s College of Business – School of Hotel Administration with a B.S. with Honors and graduated from Cornell Law School, where he earned his J.D. with a specialization in International Legal Affairs. Mitra Hormozi is an independent director and a member of the Nominating, Corporate Governance, Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility Committees of our Board of Directors. Ms. Hormozi has been a director of Athene Holding Ltd. (“AHL”) since December 2018 and a member of AHL`s Compensation Committee and Legal and Regulatory Committee.
Ms. Hormozi is also a director of a number of AHL subsidiaries in the United States. Ms. Hormozi served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Revlon, Inc. from April 2015 to July 2019, where she was responsible for overseeing Revlon`s legal affairs worldwide. Ms. Hormozi has extensive experience in the public and private fields of law. Prior to joining Revlon in April 2015, she was a litigator at two major law firms from 2011 to 2015 and deputy chief of staff to New York State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo. She has also served as an assistant prosecutor in the United States and has prosecuted high-profile complex extortion cases in the Eastern District of New York.
She also served on Revlon`s Board of Directors. Ms. Hormozi holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law. Marc A. Beilinson is an independent director and Chairman of the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors. Mr. Beilinson is a director of Athene Holding Ltd. (“AHL”) since 2013 and is the Lead Independent Director, Chairman of AHL`s Compensation Committee and a member of AHL`s Conflict Committee and Legal and Regulatory Committee. Since August 2011, Mr. Beilinson has been Managing Director of Beilinson Advisory Group, a financial restructuring and hospitality consulting group specializing in supporting distressed businesses. Most recently, Mr.
Beilinson served as Chief Restructuring Officer of Newbury Common Associates LLC (and certain affiliates) from December 2016 to June 2017. Mr. Beilinson was Director of Restructuring at Fisker Automotive from November 2013 to August 2014 and Director of Restructuring and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, Inc. from August 2011 to December 2014 and innkeepers USA Trust from November 2008 to March 2012. M. Beilinson oversaw the Chapter 11 reorganization of Innkeepers USA, Fisker Automotive and Newbury Common Associates in his interim management roles as Director of Corporate Restructuring. Mr. Beilinson currently serves on the boards of Exela Technologies and Playtika, as well as several private companies. Mr. Beilinson previously served on the boards and audit committees of a number of public and private companies, including Westinghouse Electric, Caesars Acquisition Company, Wyndham International, Inc., Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, Inc., Innkeepers USA Trust and Gastar Inc.

Isabelle is also Chief Compliance Officer of Redding Ridge Asset Management, Apollo Investment Corporation, Apollo Senior Floating Rate Fund Inc., Apollo Tactical Income Fund Inc. and Apollo Debt Solutions BDC.
